Rental Information

REGULATIONS

  • Rental Fees cover use of facility for hours approved by Expo Management.
  • Insurance required per Facility Use Agreement-All rentals MUST have insurance.
  • Damage Deposit is due at the time of booking event to guarantee space for event.
  • Security required per Security Policy the security based on number of attendees and facility used.
  • Banquet Permit is required if alcohol is to be served. Copy of permit is due to Expo Center office 7 days prior to the event.

Event Center with Kitchen

  • 6500 square feet (Approx. 65' X 100')
  • Capacity 300 people
  • 300 chairs & 60 tables available
  • Small kitchen (No utensils, pots or pans available)
  • Concrete floors with limited heating and air conditioning available
  • Stage (9 - 4X8 panels) movable

 

Centennial Pavilion with Kitchen

  • 24,000 square feet (Approx. 120'X196')
  • Capacity 1,440 people
  • 700 chairs & 100 tables available
  • Complete kitchen facility (No utensils, pots or pans available)
  • Concrete floors, heating available, air conditioning
  • Stage in Pavilion (Approx. 27.5' on front X 20' deep X 9' on back) - movable
